Contribute to the definition of the industrial strategy of the group and to its implementation within the B.U. in order to increase the industrial performance, its development and the operations profitability

Main Missions

1) Follow and report results activities to the BU VP
2) Implement plant steering tools (Golden rules, SMART) :
- Submit improvements and define actions plans
- Lead the deployment of Group standards with her/his scope
- Follow KPIs and analyze the impacts on budget
3) Oriente investments for all sites
4) Maximize the performance of the cross disciplinary means of production :
- Implement solutions for the customers interest and the Group
- Lead sites in difficulties to improve performance with respect to the QCD
- Capitalize on sites' strenghts to determinate the good pratices applicable that ensure a global performance
5) Ensure interface from all sites to the main central stakeholders of the company for industrial and economics constraints
6) Be part of the industrial chart decisions (externalisation, transfer)
7) Participate to the budget set-up within her/his scope (MTP)
- Consolidates the results of the activity reports
- Analyze impacts on forecasts
