Novares is looking for its Product Development department his/her future Exterior Plastic Part Engineering Leader (M/F), located in IZERNORE EX-SC


Realize the product process design of the projects or pre-projects, in compliance with the customer specifications and cost,quality,deadlines of the group, in an environment of complex and varied parts.

Main Missions

- Realize and present the technical file to the client 

- Carry out the technical interface with the customer until the customer decision and argue the technical solutions

- Maintain the product catalog and make internal and external presentations for product families

Responsibilities in terms of QSEP:

- Rely on processes, instruction sheets, annexes, respects them and proposes improvements.

- Ensure that its work is carried out in compliance with safety and environmental protection instructions

- Respect the safety rules of other services (laboratory, factories ...)



- In a complex and varied parts environment, realize the product/process design, in compliance with automotive customers specifications, and in accordance with the cost, quality, deadlines project or pre-project for automotive exterior plastic parts or roof bars


- Mechanical engineer with Car design development experience with passion and creativity demonstrated 

- Knowledge in isostatism, gap&flush, mechanical construction (Catia V5)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment 

- Experience for Renault Nissan development will be a plus 

- French & English Mandatory

Candidate Profile :

Level of Experience: Mid-Career 

Type of Contract: CDI - Permanent contract 

Required Travel: 0 - 20%
