Although I have been with the company for over 10 years, I still have the passion to throw myself into my daily job. The company has grown a lot, and we are creative in our investments and are expanding our core technology. I am really for the ‘one team, one goal’ approach – it makes sense.
I do welcome challenges to define potential opportunities and sustainable improvements. Growing with this company has been the best reward for me.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU ABOUT YOUR WORK?
The main inspiration comes from my team. They are curious and willing to help, to provide ideas for innovation, to improve their technical skills and then to open new doors. They are result oriented. When we have a technical or resource issue or any other concern, they always provide solutions and implement them either in our Skill Centers, in our plants or for the benefit of our customers. One common target is to quickly find good solutions.
They are open minded, and they work in a natural way with our Technical Centers everywhere in the world and this helps us achieve our global strategy.
They have team spirit and are always willing to help. It’s a daily pleasure to work with my team and they inspire and motivate me.
