How do I login?

Firstly you need to create an account by joining our “Talent Community” on the Homepage. Or you can click the “My Account” button at the top of each page next to the language button, and create your account. Once you have recorded your email and created your password, simply log in using your log-in details.

How do I manage my account profile?

You can edit your profile in “My Account”. You can add or delete your information, manage your log-in details, password and job alerts at any time.

How do I update my details and documents?

You can upload or delete your resume/CV, cover letter or any additional documents as well as fill in your profile at any time by going into your account. 

What happens to my data?

Your information is held securely and is visible to our worldwide recruitment team. Your personal data will only ever be used by the company for recruitment purposes. You can add, delete, upload or edit your information at any time.

If you do not find the job you are looking for now or if you are interested in other positions, you can fill in your profile and save it, so it is available to our recruiters who can contact you if a vacancy matches your profile and preferences.

What documents should my application include?

You will need to upload your contact details, resume/CV and any copies of any relevant certificates or qualifications.

How do I apply?

Once you have found a job you wish to apply for in the ”job opportunities” section you can apply directly on line via the “Apply Now” button. If you don’t find a job you want to apply for today, you can create a job alert so that you will be informed if a suitable job comes up.

Several jobs appeal to me. Can I apply for more than one?

Yes, simply repeat the process for each job you wish to apply for.

How will I know that Novares has received my application?

You will receive an automatic email if your application has been successfully submitted to the system.

What happens after I submit my application?

You will receive an automatic email informing you that the company has received your application. Then, if you are successful in progressing to the next stage, Novares will contact you and explain the next steps, usually an invitation to interview.

When will I receive an answer?

Novares will inform you within a month if you have successfully progressed to the next stage. If you do not receive a reply within this time, it means that your application has not been successful on this occasion.
