Discover the key steps in our recruitment process.
Step 1: Online application
Apply for jobs online. You are unique, it’s time to tell us about yourself in your online application!
Select the job offer that interests you, upload your CV and your cover letter, then submit your application. Or join our Talent Community so we already have your details when the right job comes up. You can post your CV and tell us what kind of work you are looking for.
You can create job alerts so you will be automatically informed when a suitable job is available.
Step 2: Selection
We make our employment decisions through a careful evaluation of a candidate’s skills, based on factual criteria.
Once your application is selected, we will contact you and may invite you to complete some tests.
Step 3: Interviews
The next stage is an interview with a member of our Human Resources team, who will explain the position, Novares’ culture and ways of working and the next steps. If you are selected after the first interview, you will be asked back for an interview with your hiring manager.
Step 4: Firm job offer
If you are selected for the job, a Human Resources representative will contact you with a proposal to set the terms and conditions of your employment.
Step 5: On-boarding
You will be introduced to new colleagues and your manager, who will outline your responsibilities and your initial assignments, and answer any questions you may have. Together you will map out a personalized onboarding plan depending on your previous experience.
We aim to help every new employee discover our culture, technologies and methodologies during onboarding. Welcome to Novares!
