Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manufacturing Engineering Leader to drive excellence in manufacturing operations and foster continuous improvement across our production facilities. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing engineering projects, including project scheduling and resource allocation to meet production targets.
  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes utilizing CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and Schematics to design tooling, fixtures, and equipment layouts.
  • Analyze root causes of production issues through root cause analysis techniques and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee the programming and integration of industrial equipment, including CNC machines, robotics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), vision inspection systems, and welding automation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles, process engineering strategies, and industrial engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plastics injection molding processes, assembly lines, fabrication techniques, and tooling development.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations while maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards aligned with ISO 9001 certification requirements.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing facility operations with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CAM programming for process design and schematic development.
  • Skilled in CNC programming, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) systems for precise machining operations.
  • Expertise in robotics programming, industrial equipment integration, vision inspection systems, and factory automation technologies.
  • Strong understanding of plastics injection molding processes along with fabrication techniques like welding and assembly line optimization.
  • Ability to perform project scheduling effectively while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Knowledge of industrial engineering principles related to process improvement, tooling design, and factory layout planning.
