Novares is looking for its Product Development department his/her future Exterior Plastic Part Specialist (M/F), located in IZERNORE EX-SC
Finality
Develop innovative technical solutions that bring significant progress on products.
Participate in the validation of technical choices and addresses difficult/complex issues within his/her area of expertise.
Lead the management and transmission of knowledge within his/her area of expertise.
Define and enforce Procuct Development Line standards in Skill/or Technical Centers and Plants
Main Missions
Tasks:
- Work on strategic products. Improve these products
- Make decisive contributions to the development of innovative solutions in their field of expertise.
- Provide breakthrough solutions
- Propose and files patents.
- Analyze and substantiates their technical choices.
- Present their innovations and solutions directly to customers
Knowledge transfer
- Regularly write standards in their field of expertise. Be a standard owner
- Play a key role in capitalizing on know-how, transferring skills and disseminating knowledge.
- Guarantee that the expertise is sustained.
- Commit to transferring their expertise and knowledge through training, coaching, mentoring, etc.
- Be involved in the definition and formal expression of needs for current and future expertise
- Build and manage the training modules in their field of expertise.
- Train Novares employees.
- Host the network of expertise in their field. National or worldwide network
- Deliver courses outside the company in universities, engineering schools, etc.
Reputation and influence
- Be recognized as the benchmark in their field of expertise in the company, outside the company
- Be recognized in at least one other field of expertise.
- Must maintain their level of expertise.
- Seek to develop their skills and expertise in readiness for future changes. To this end, they regularly attend congresses, conferences or seminars.
- Present or be a chairperson.
- Keep up an active watch on their field, regularly produces formal reports.
Purpose
NOVARES Skill Center Izernore is looking for his(her) specialist in exterior plastic parts.
Abilities
Technician or Engineer with 10-15 year experience in plastic part development (design, CAE, tooling, tuning, ...) for automotive suppliers.
You join a team of innovation / quotation or product managers and support them in their projects.
You are comfortable with finance analysis, customers requirements, design rules, isostatism, FMEA
You will work directly with our customers to sell our innovative products ; good level of english is mandatory.
Candidate Profile :
Level of Experience: Mid-Career
Type of Contract: CDI - Permanent contract
Required Travel: 0 - 30%
