Novares is looking for its Information Systems department his/her future IT Technical Administrator (M/F), located in IZERNORE IZ-CC
Finality
Level 1 & 2: Ensure the evolution of technologies and the proper functioning of the systems for which he/she is responsible
Level 2: Supervise a team of collaborators and manage their activity
Main Missions
1 - Administer and operate the computer resources and systems within their technological scope:
- Ensure optimal functioning of the tools, systems and networks they are responsible for
- Control and optimize the operating and investment budgets for the tools and systems they are responsible for
- Handle complex incidents and anomalies (unresolved by support technicians or workstation and network technicians)
- Update and monitor the order-fill ratio indicators
- Make the necessary decisions to optimize results, in line with initial data
- Conduct the technological watch in their field and monitor relevant developments within the framework of the Mecaplast IT plan
2 - Participate in optimizing and developing the information systems by ensuring that the IT infrastructure, tools, systems, networks and means of communication are kept up to standard, in order to ensure quality, productivity and safety
- Monitor and analyze performance and introduce the necessary developments to improve the quality and productivity of the tools
- Install and integrate the new tools into the production environment
- Propose technical development projects for their specialist fields
- Justify their choices
- Lead the technical development projects validated in the IT plan, ensure their implementation and completion while staying within the allocated budgets, keeping to schedules and ensuring continuity of service
- Develop and update the schedules concerning the implementation of developments and monitor costs and project completion deadlines
- Conduct the technological watch of the various aspects of the system and communication infrastructure
- Serve as the technical advisor for their field (advisory role to the IS Department and the Group community)
Level 2:
Supervise a team of employees and manage their activity
- Based on the objectives of their activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions of their team in a coherent manner
- Propose the necessary resources for attaining their objectives
- Monitor performance indicators for their activity, implement corrective actions if necessary and inform their teams
- Conduct annual appraisal interviews, set the objectives of their employees
- Develop the team's skills for the activity and propose individual and/or group training actions that are necessary to maintain performance levels of the activities
- Enforce appropriate disciplinary measures for their employees, when necessary
- Check and approve team members' expense claims (travel, etc.) and authorizations for absence/vacations
- Report on their activity
