Novares is looking for its Manufacturing department his/her future Plant Director (M/F), located in JANESVILLE JN-PL.

Finality

Within the framework of the budget and legal constraints and in accordance with the SMART Management System, he/she is responsible for implementing the various programmes to allow the unit to meet cost, deadline and quality objectives.

Main Missions

  

Purpose

- Ensure all products are produced to high quality standards with a focus on bottom-line profitability and customer satisfaction 
- Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day plant operations including staffing, planning, inventory, production, and warehouse operations 
- By delegation, manage legal and social matters

- Broad technical knowledge of product and production methods 
- Able to lead and direct team to promote cohesiveness and operational effectiveness 

Candidate Profile :

Level of Experience: Mid-Career 

Type of Contract: ATW - At Will Contract 

Required Travel: 0 - 20%
