Site Financial Controller

Purpose

Establish and coordinate financial and administrative services for the site. Supervise account-keeping and compliance with legal/internal standards. Manage accountancy services and prepare consolidated financial statements. Guarantee reliability and lead times for publication of company financial data. Manage and optimize cash in collaboration with BU/Corporate Treasury. Set and meet financial and operational targets. Prepare and challenge budget plans, forecasts, and hourly rates. Validate profitability of investments/products. Establish action plans and coordinate team mission. Propose and control annual operational activity budget. Control and approve expenses. Ensure application of existing internal control rules and propose improvements when necessary. Implement processes to embed internal controls.

Requirements

Requires bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field and two years of experience as a Controller managing accounting, performing month-end closings, budgeting, forecasting, identifying/implementing internal controls, managing cost accounting, leading and responding to audits, and use of MS Excel, SAP, and PowerBI.
