Prepare pallets for shipments in accordance with Toyota manifests

Main Missions

- Take manifest from panel: get to collect the frontmost manifest from the eyes on the manifest board

- Kanban cutting and separation: cut manifests from clipboard and parse by route information

- Start manifest collection: put the empty pallet on the the pallet, pick the parts from the fixed stock areas according to the route information, put them on the pallet and attach the kanban

- Kanban and internal reference matching: start barcode matching after the required parts are taped or the standard pallet height (120 cm) is reached

- Attaching a pallet label: write how many pallets there are in the total manifest and how many pallets are prepared as pallet: 1-of 3 on the label 

- Packaging: perform strapping of pallets with pallet labels attached

- Towing to ready shipment area: pull the pallet, whose strapping process is completed, to the ready shipment area

- Before loading: prepare the pallets at intervals so that the driver can control them, start loading when the control is finished

- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the assigned area and equipment

- Keep storage areas clean

- Report all defects in equipment used

- Comply with safety rules relating to flows and handling
