Knowledge transfer

- Commit to transferring their expertise and knowledge through training, coaching, mentoring, etc.
- Be involved in the definition and formal expression of needs for current and future expertise
- Build and manage the training modules in their field of expertise.
- Train Novares employees.
- Host the network of expertise in their field. National or worldwide network
- Deliver courses outside the company in universities, engineering schools, etc.

Reputation and influence
- Be recognized as the benchmark in their field of expertise in the company, outside the company
- Be recognized in at least one other field of expertise.
