Key Responsibilties
The ideal candidate
- can engage with Automotive customers to build new and develop existing businesses
- Understand customers’ needs and propose our solutions focusing on innovation programs
- Work with all involved internal departments to answer RFQs and liaise with the customer throughout the pre-RFQ-phase to business award
- Present and review offers with decision makers at customers and lead negotiations to acquire new businesses
- Develop new relationships to grow and sustain business
Key Deliverables
- Sales planning in line with market and Group/BU strategy
- Increase innovation selling
- Order in Take in line with planning
- Customer knowledge
Requested Qualifications and Experiences
- Degree in Business Administration with strong technical background or equivalent
- good knowledge of the European and global Automotive industry
- Experiences in plastics components would be much appreciated
- Sales Planning with a strong understanding of financials and KPI
- can-do mentality and attitude
- know how to build, develop, and maintain good relationship with customers
- know how to build, maintain, and develop network, both internally and externally
- understand how to motivate yourself and your team members.
- Flexibility to travel
