Key Responsibilties

 

The ideal candidate

  • can engage with Automotive customers to build new and develop existing businesses
  • Understand customers’ needs and propose our solutions focusing on innovation programs
  • Work with all involved internal departments to answer RFQs and liaise with the customer throughout the pre-RFQ-phase to business award
  • Present and review offers with decision makers at customers and lead negotiations to acquire new businesses
  • Develop new relationships to grow and sustain business

  • Sales planning in line with market and Group/BU strategy
  • Increase innovation selling
  • Order in Take in line with planning
  • Customer knowledge

 

Requested Qualifications and Experiences

  • Degree in Business Administration with strong technical background or equivalent
  • good knowledge of the European and global Automotive industry
  • Experiences in plastics components would be much appreciated
  • Sales Planning with a strong understanding of financials and KPI
  • can-do mentality and attitude
  • know how to build, develop, and maintain good relationship with customers
  • know how to build, maintain, and develop network, both internally and externally
  • understand how to motivate yourself and your team members.
  • Flexibility to travel
