Novares is looking for its Manufacturing department future APG Leader, 3rd Shift, Monday to Friday (M/F), located in WALWORTH-2 W2-PL.

We create, produce components and systems with multi-functionalities that add value. Our plastics match performance of those in metal plus offer the lightweight dynamic contributing to the production of lightweight cars.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Quality Control
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules using Kanban and lean principles.
- Perform or coordinate basic equipment maintenance and production audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues on the production line.
Team Leadership & Training
- Lead shift start meetings and communicate clear work instructions.
- Train new hires and monitor ongoing skill development.
- Be active on the floor and represent Novares at all times
- Track production KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Administrative & Organizational Duties
- Manage attendance, vacation schedules, and administrative tasks for the team.
- Ensure compliance with 5S standards, workplace safety, and ISO requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality indicators.
Continuous Improvement & Technical Support
- Participate in process improvement projects and encourage employee suggestions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to operators and machine setters.
- Develop team versatility through cross-training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with supervisory or lead responsibilities
- Skills: Strong knowledge of assembly processes, production workflows, and lean manufacturing
- Ability to coach and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting
- Authorized to work in USA
- Ability to read and write English
- Familiarity with quality, safety, and environmental standards
