We’re Hiring: HR Manager – Tier 1 Automotive Supplier

As our organization continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, people-driven HR Manager to join our leadership team. This role is a key partner to operations, helping shape a high-performance culture where safety, engagement, and accountability drive results every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support all areas of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance
  • Partner with plant and corporate leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that values continuous improvement and employee development

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or automotive environment
  • Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and best practices in employee relations
  • Proven ability to coach leaders, build trust across teams, and influence outcomes
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for problem-solving and people
