• Be the first line of support for employees — helping them stay productive
• Deploy, configure, and maintain PCs and endpoints
• Diagnose hardware issues and perform break/fix repairs
• Troubleshoot system and software challenges
• Use light scripting to automate routine tasks
• Build your skillset with cross-training in field operations, including:
• Network infrastructure
• IP camera systems
• Travel about 20% to support remote sites and field teams
